The Corporation of Sister Servants of Christ the King, Inc. d/b/a/ Villa Loretto is a non-stock, nonprofit corporation controlled and operated by the Sister Servants of Christ the King, Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin, a religious congregation of the Roman Catholic Church.

The principal and business offices of the Corporation are located at: N8114 County WW, Mt. Calvary, County of Fond du Lac, State of Wisconsin, 53057. This Corporation is organized under the Wisconsin Nonstock Corporation Law, Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statues as amended and revised. This Corporation is organized and shall at all times be operated on a not-for-profit basis and exclusively for religious, charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any further United States Revenue law, and the regulations thereunder.
