Villa Rosa began receiving residents in December of 2005.

Due to the tremendous support from the surrounding communities Villa Rosa opened its door right on schedule.

Villa Rosa consists of 20 separate assisted living apartments. There are two apartments that were built to accommodate two residents. Each apartment unit has a private balcony or patio overlooking spacious rolling hills, with views of exotic animals and four-season landscapes. Every resident enjoys their own kitchen with walk-in pantry and dining area. Each unit has the luxury of a private bedroom connected to a private bathroom. The spacious living room houses a large sliding glass door providing constant access to an endless view of serene unscathed farmland. Ample room is available on the patio or balcony for your favorite flowers, plants and leisure chairs for you and your guest.

Both Mass and Rosary are held daily in the adjoining Villa Loretto Chapel. Villa Rosa has a beautiful Chapel of it's own with an entire wall made of an antique stained glass window. This is a place where you are welcomed to spend some quiet time in prayer and meditation. This place of worship is always available and just a few minutes away from your front door.

Activities abound at the Villa Rosa and include sing-along time where you will be accompanied by an antique player piano. The scrolls of music are guaranteed to bring back some of your most cherished memories. There is even an open café that sets inside one of the lounge areas of Villa Rosa. The spacious café is a sociable meeting place for residents and guests alike. Residents enjoy leisure strolls within the facility as well as outside along the winding pathways that surround the property.

If you are looking for a place of relaxing entertainment, than Aunt Em's Theatre is the place to be. Our private theatre is dedicated to Emma Pickart and is located just minutes from your apartment. There is seating for approximately 30 persons. The theatre size screen, dolby surround sound and luxurious seating is enjoyed by all who visit. Built in the lower level of Villa Rosa, Aunt Em's Theatre is located next to our very own Beauty and Barber Shop. You can have your hair done, visit with your guest at our open café, enjoy a meal together and end the day at the theatre. The options of activities here at Villa Rosa go on and on.
